Friday, February 3, 2012 A Dauphin County volunteer firefighter went before a judge Thursday for allegedly having sexual contact with a junior firefighter.

According to testimony, 20-year-old Joseph Traino became friends with the 16-year-old during Tuesday night training at the fire station. He often drove the junior firefighter to his home.

Traino had been charged with false imprisonment for locking the victim in the truck and putting him in a neck hold. That charge was dismissed. But he will go to trial on a charge of indecent assault without consent.
